Job Description/Overview:
Nojoom Al Amani Technical Services is seeking an organised and experienced Storekeeper to manage all stock, oversee staff, and plan promotional campaigns for the store. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, perform well under pressure, and maintain professionalism with customers. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, managing inventory, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-organised.
Key Responsibilities:
– Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
– Manage and train store staff.
– Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
– Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
– Mediate any confrontations between staff and clients and de-escalate situations effectively.
Qualifications:
– Must be organised and punctual.
– Well-presented and professional demeanour.
– High school qualification or equivalent.
– Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, is advantageous.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience:
– Prior experience in retail management is preferred.
