Job Description/Overview:
MTA World Wide Limited is seeking a motivated Office / Customer Relationship Manager for our Manor Park branch. The role involves managing resources, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining strong customer and team relationships. The successful candidate will contribute to sustainable customer service and drive continual improvement in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily operations and resources to meet demand and solve last-minute problems.
– Oversee finance-related tasks including invoicing, debt collection, and expenditure controls.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
– Ensure operations meet contractual, legal, and health and safety obligations.
– Support the Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– 1 year of management experience.
– 1 year of sales experience.
Experience:
– Proven experience in managing teams and operations.
– Background in sales is beneficial.
Skills:
– Strong problem-solving abilities and organisational skills.
– Ability to maintain high levels of customer and staff relations.
– Experience in a cost-efficient operational environment.
