Job Description/Overview:

Dar AMA Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant to support the CEO and his son, as well as the team. The role involves overseeing office management tasks, administrative support, and contributing to a well-organised work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.

– Provide administrative support to the project management and engineering teams.

– Track and manage invoice payments, ensuring prompt handling of financial matters.

– Manage and control project documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly filed.

– Provide administrative support to the CEO and his son, including handling personal and family documents.

– Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by the CEO’s son.

– Extend working hours if needed by the management.

 

Qualifications:

– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to management and Administrative Assistant in the Human Resource Department.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Experience: Minimum 2 years

 

Skills:

– Strong document control and office expense tracking

– Excellent communication skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
