Job Description
As an Autonomy Coach you have full ownership and responsibility for your clients health pathway and program. You will work with them to undo their disease and optimise their health.
Job Responsibilities
You will personally coach up to 50 clients through our world-leading coaching programs as well as facilitate Autonomy group health coaching sessions. You will be responsible for building deep rapport and nurturing clients through modifications to their sleep, diet, exercise, mind state and relationship habits with the help of our specialists, doctors and data science experts. Ultimately you will help your clients change the course of their life.
Qualifications
- A strong interest in modern medicine and habit change
- Confidence in computer systems and modern technology
- Highly organised and professional
Experience
- At least 4 years health habit coaching
Skills
At least two of these:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
- Transactional Analysis (TA)
- Mind management
- Motivational questioning
- Type 2 diabetes health habit coaching
- Metabolic syndrome health habit coaching
