Job Description/Overview:
The Assistant Club Lounge Manager oversees the daily operations of the club lounge, ensuring that staff works cohesively to provide excellent service. Responsibilities include managing staff appearance, conducting opening and closing duties, maintaining inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role also involves assisting with HR tasks, adhering to safety and security policies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure teamwork and high service standards.
– Conduct inspections of staff grooming and attire.
– Handle opening and closing procedures, including setting up supplies and cleaning.
– Manage inventory and stock requisitions.
– Oversee dining areas for guest safety and service quality.
– Complete maintenance work orders.
– Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
– Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
– Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
– Address guest needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications needed:
