Job Description/Overview:
Wilde and Co Hair Artistry is seeking an experienced Senior Stylist to join their blonde specialist salon in Kingsford, Sydney. The role offers a competitive hourly rate starting from $35 per hour, with the potential to earn an additional $300-$400 per week through a generous, uncapped profit share scheme. The salon prides itself on a drama-free, supportive environment with a focus on excellent colour work, especially blondes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform high-quality colour work and haircuts, particularly for blonde hair.
– Engage in detailed consultations with clients.
– Maintain a high standard of client care and communication.
– Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Qualified Hairdresser.
– Expertise in colour work, especially blonde hair.
– Strong communication and consultation skills.
– Ability to cut and style hair professionally.
