Job Overview:
Cintal Inc is seeking an Engineering Aide to support engineering software development teams by providing the necessary documentation to publish the software for aftermarket and factory requirements. This role will involve close collaboration with engineering and releasing teams to ensure accurate and timely software drawing submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Use engineering data to create and submit engineering notices and drawings for the detailing team.
– Review software drawing requirements and validate the information.
– Consult with the Software DCR team leader on any questionable submissions to confirm requirements.
– Collaborate with software engineers, detailing, checking, and releasing team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
– Education: Associate’s degree in engineering technology or a related field is required.
– Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a related role.
Technical Skills:
– Required: Proficiency in Teamcenter engineering, MS applications, and engineering standards.
– Desired: Experience with software drawings.
Soft Skills:
– High collaboration and teamwork skills
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Confidence in managing high demand and workload
– Well-organised and detail-oriented
