Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Head Housekeeper to manage and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of a private household. The role involves managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and maintaining client wardrobes in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
– Train and supervise housekeepers, conduct regular inspections
– Oversee daily cleaning schedules and manage shift arrangements
– Maintain hygiene standards and handle client complaints
– Replenish cleaning supplies and participate in deep cleaning projects
– Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
– Manage laundry, cleaning, and other housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a VVIP private house
– Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene regulations
– Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience:
– Proven experience in managing a housekeeping team
– Experience in maintaining high standards in a private household
Skills:
– Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness
– Strong time management and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
Benefits:
– Salary: 18,000 AED per month
– Visa and medical insurance provided
– Annual 30 days holiday with air ticket included
– Separate 1-bedroom semi-furnished accommodation provided
– Working hours: 12 hours with 2 hours off, one day off per week
