Job Description/Overview:
Dubai British School Emirates Hills is recruiting a part-time school counsellor to join their internationally recognized, outstanding school. The successful candidate will support and empower students’ social, emotional, and academic growth. The role includes working closely with teachers, parents, and the Whole School Counsellor.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide counselling support to students.
– Collaborate with staff and parents to promote student well-being.
– Advocate for students to help them succeed academically and personally.
Qualifications:
– Certification in Counselling or Psychology.
– Degree in education/psychology/counselling.
Experience:
– 2+ years of school-based experience or relevant counselling work.
Skills:
– Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
– Ability to work effectively with young students and staff.
