Responsibilities:
– Keyword Research: Discover new opportunities and trends through ongoing research.
– Content Production Management: Oversee content production using AI workflows, collaborating with clients and tools.
– Performance Monitoring: Analyse SEO and content performance, reporting on metrics like traffic and keyword rankings.
– Content Audits: Evaluate and optimise content for rankings and user experience.
– Traffic Monitoring: Assess the impact of optimizations and changes in SEO.
– Build AI Workflows: Create and optimise AI workflows for content.
– Manage Clients: Engage with clients weekly and improve operational procedures.
Requirements:
– Experience: 4+ years in SEO with a proven track record.
– Writing: 4+ years of experience in creating compelling content.
– Customer-Facing: 4+ years in client-facing roles.
– Technical Skills: Expertise in technical SEO, content management, and related areas.
– Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying solutions and prioritising impact.
– Builder Mentality: Hands-on approach to driving impact.
– SEO Tools: Proficiency with enterprise SEO platforms and LLMs.
– Communication: Effective at influencing others and cross-functional teamwork.
– Data-Driven: Skilled in data analysis and drawing actionable insights.
Nice to Haves:
– CMS Experience: Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or headless CMS.
– Prompt Engineering: Experience with prompt engineering.
– Design Tools: Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, or Midjourney.
