Job Description
They are on the lookout for a self-motivated Senior Estimator to join our clients Interior Fit-out team. You will be responsible for the preparation and pricing of competitive, comprehensive, and commercially sustainable tenders and ensuring offers of service are delivered on a timely basis and with a high standard of presentation.
The salary is negotiable and dependent on experience but will be in the region of $140k-160k.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and design team during the negotiations pre-construction phase and where required providing budget and value engineering advise.
- Developing tender programmes as part of the pre-construction phase and assist with the development of full construction programmes.
- Negotiating procurement or merchants supply contracts to the best advantage of the division.Ensuring that cashflow projections are met with timely claims and payments, and that suppliers and subcontractor’s payments are made in a timely manner.
- Preparing comprehensive and accurate reports on projects status, including all financials, progress and exceptions.

Experience
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying.
