Job Description/Overview
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, passionate, and creative teachers to join our supportive and innovative team. AAESS, established in 1979, is one of the founding British schools in Al Ain. It holds a strong reputation within the local community for its pioneering education. The school is a DfE-registered British School Overseas (BSO) with a “Very Good” inspection rating.
Key Responsibilities
– Be a strong practitioner with a solid understanding of nursery, primary, or secondary education
– Create a well-organised and inspiring learning environment
– Engage students with enthusiasm and foster a positive attitude toward learning
– Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
– Continuously reflect on and improve teaching practices
Qualifications
– Qualified with experience in British schools
– Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England
– Demonstrated commitment to improving educational outcomes
Experience
– Prior teaching experience within British schools is essential
– Knowledge and experience in delivering the National Curriculum
Skills
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to create a stimulating and positive learning environment
