Job Description/Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing dbrand’s influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on strategy development, execution, and performance evaluation. This role will involve working closely with creators and partners, tracking key performance indicators, negotiating contracts, and overseeing PR and affiliate programs. The ideal candidate must have experience managing multi-million dollar marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Own dbrand’s Influencer Marketing Strategy from budget to results
– Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
– Develop efficient processes for influencer sourcing, outreach, and management
– Report on key performance indicators, including ROI models
– Negotiate contracts and manage payment processes
– Run dbrand’s micro-influencer program and oversee PR and Affiliate programs
– Mentor and develop junior team members
– Manage external creative agency relationships as needed
Qualifications needed:
– 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years driving Influencer Marketing, PR, or Partnerships strategy
– Proven track record of executing successful influencer marketing strategies for multi-million dollar campaigns
– Strong project management and relationship management skills
Experience:
