Job Description/Overview:
CerealBox is seeking a Remote Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between Media Buyers and the Creative Team. This role involves conducting deep research, guiding creative direction, and analyzing ad performance to enhance ROSS and performance. The role is not for a graphic designer but for someone who excels in creating effective ad strategies based on detailed research and tested results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct in-depth research and surveys to guide ad creatives
– Create and test offers, bundles, and key messaging
– Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements
– Bridge communication between creative and strategy teams
– Report on creative performance and oversee testing and optimization
Qualifications Needed:
– Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
– Experience in analyzing ad performance and A/B testing
– Proven track record of reducing CPA and increasing AOV
– Understanding of social trends and ad creative effectiveness
Experience:
– Previous experience in a Creative Strategist role, not as a Graphic Designer
– Demonstrated success in improving ad performance through strategic insights
Skills:
– Strong analytical skills
– Ability to create and implement effective ad strategies
– Proficiency in social listening and competitive research
