Job Description/Overview:

The Membership Coordinator at FSC-US will enhance membership engagement and manage accounts receivable processes. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for member inquiries, managing Salesforce records, and overseeing financial tasks related to membership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries and provide front desk support.

– Manage membership processes, enhance member engagement, and track membership metrics.

– Maintain and manage Salesforce records, ensuring data accuracy.

– Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.

 

Qualifications needed:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or related field preferred.

– 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a membership-based organization or non-profit.

– Proficiency in Salesforce required.

– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

 

Experience:

– Experience with membership-based organizations, CRM management, and accounts receivable processes.

 

Skills:

– Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

– High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

– Experience in customer service and providing high-quality support.
