Job Description/Overview:
Float is seeking a skilled Webflow Designer to lead the next phase of their marketing site. The designer will play a pivotal role in optimizing the user experience and driving conversions. This position requires a strong background in UX/UI design with experience in SaaS brands, along with expertise in Webflow design and build.
Key Responsibilities:
– Own the end-to-end UX/UI of Float’s marketing site, ensuring consistency across the platform.
– Collaborate with various teams to design and develop core experiences on Float.com.
– Work on content-driven programs and create engaging content experiences such as case studies and guides.
– Experiment with growth marketing initiatives and create new tools to attract teams to the platform.
– Design and implement new landing pages optimized for conversion.
– Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the marketing and brand experience.
Qualifications Needed:
– UX/UI design experience, particularly with SaaS brands.
– Proficiency in Webflow design and development.
– Experience maintaining and developing design systems.
– Familiarity with animation tools like Lottie.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
– Previous experience in a fully remote, asynchronous working environment.
