Job Description/Overview:
The Sales Analyst provides analytical, administrative, planning, reporting, and process support to the sales functions in São Paulo. The role includes managing the sales order process, generating reports, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Issue credits, title documents, and related paperwork.
– Generate and audit daily retail and wholesale reports.
– Analyze data and address potential issues with stakeholders.
– Support sales and operations planning processes.
– Monitor production and sales processes for integrity.
– Assist in generating monthly regional forecasts and demand planning.
– Investigate and resolve system and physical issues in the sales process.
– Provide support on order and product sales information.
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s Degree required.
– Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, formulas).
– Intermediate to advanced English skills.
– SAP experience and knowledge of logistics, customer service, and supply chain operations preferred.
