Job Description/Overview:
WesTrac, a leading Caterpillar dealership in Australia, is seeking a Warranty Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Warranty Department. This role involves maintaining databases, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting audit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support to the Warranty Department.
– Maintain databases accurately and in a timely manner.
– Prioritize workloads and manage data entry tasks.
– Deliver excellent customer service and support.
– Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
– Experience in data entry and accurate record-keeping.
– Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
– Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
