Job Description/Overview:

As a Web3 Developer, you will innovate and build cutting-edge Web3 fintech solutions, including exchanges, staking, and algo traders. You will work with a growing team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and innovate Web3 solutions, including smart contracts and decentralized applications
– Work on projects related to exchanges, staking, AI/ML, and more
– Lead development teams and manage projects from inception to deployment
Must Have Requirements:
– Proficiency in Web3.js: Strong understanding of Ethereum and dApp development
– Smart Contract Development: Experience in Solidity or similar languages, smart contract optimization, and auditing
– Crypto Exchanges: Experience in developing and deploying exchanges, handling transactions, order matching, and wallet integrations
– Node Verification and Staking; Hands-on experience with node setup and maintenance
– Blockchain Fundamentals: Knowledge of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and DeFi concepts
– JavaScript/TypeScript: 5+ years of experience, especially in Web3.js and smart contract interactions
– Blockchain-based APIs: Experience with APIs like Infura or Alchemy
– Security Best Practices: In-depth understanding of secure key management and data encryption
– Ethereum and EVM-compatible Chains: Experience with these technologies
– Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities
– Leadership: Experience in leading development teams and managing projects
– Passion for Technology: Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Web3 ecosystem
Nice to Have Requirements:
– Knowledge of other blockchain networks (e.g., Solana, Polkadot, Cardano)
– Experience with DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Aave, Compound)
– Front-end development skills (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
– Understanding of NFTs and token standards
– Participation in open-source projects
– Experience with Layer 2 solutions (e.g., Optimistic Rollups, zk-Rollups)
