Job Description/Overview:
The Registered Nurse at Bridgwater Community Hospital will join Waverley ward, a 30-bedded inpatient unit focused on rehabilitation and supporting discharge. The role involves providing and maintaining a high standard of evidence-based, patient-centered care, developing practical skills, and delivering patient care in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver patient-centered care daily, using departmental systems for a multi-disciplinary approach
– Maintain high standards of care, promote privacy, dignity, and respect
– Develop interpersonal skills and practical skills within the specialty
– Provide effective clinical and managerial leadership in the absence of senior team members (for experienced Band 5 post holders)
Qualifications needed:
– Qualified nurse with current UK professional registration
Experience:
– Experience working in a hospital environment
– Experience as specified in the job description
