Job Description/Overview:
St Mary Multicultural Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Room Leader to join our established team. The role involves managing a room for children aged 3-5 years, overseeing daily operations, and leading by example. Sponsorship is available for an ECT Qualified educator.
Key Responsibilities:
– Report directly to the Centre Director.
– Manage day-to-day operations of the room and staff.
– Oversee programming and event planning for the room.
– Supervise the transition to school program.
– Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, children, and families.
Skills and Experience:
– ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching degree or Diploma in Children’s Service.
– Current WWCC, First Aid, and asthma & anaphylaxis training certificates.
– Experience in an educator role with leadership qualities.
– Passion for working with children.
