Job Description/Overview:
Doppler is seeking a Graphic Designer to maintain and enhance their brand’s visual identity. The role involves designing a variety of assets including website pages, social posts, ads, blog graphics, and more. As a key member of a lean design team, you will ensure that all visual communications align with Doppler’s brand and help elevate its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and improve brand design guidelines and Figma library.
– Design new and enhance existing website pages.
– Create digital assets such as social posts, ads, blog graphics, illustrations, and more.
– Design print and digital layouts for whitepapers, case studies, and other documents.
– Design branded merchandise like t-shirts, stickers, and booth designs.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective visual solutions.
– Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
– Provide feedback on brand-related imagery from internal and external sources.
– Stay updated on industry trends to keep designs current.
Qualifications needed:
– 3+ years of experience as an advanced visual designer with a diverse portfolio.
– Expertise in typography, color usage, layout, and branding.
– Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
– Experience designing for websites.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently.
– Self-starter attitude with a passion for design.
Preferred experience:
– Experience in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
– Animation/motion design capabilities.
– HTML/CSS experience.
