Job Description/Overview:
IntelliShift, a leading B2B SaaS company in fleet management technology, is seeking a **Customer Tech Support Specialist**. This role involves providing technical support for IntelliShift’s hardware and software applications via various channels including Salesforce, email, and phone. The position is crucial in enhancing the customer experience and requires both independent and collaborative work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop expertise in IntelliShift’s hardware, software, analytics, and AI products.
– Diagnose and resolve customer issues using backend systems and tools; escalate complex issues as needed.
– Document all interactions and resolutions using Salesforce, Jira, and other applications.
– Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
– Contribute to the enhancement of support processes and troubleshooting techniques.
– Achieve performance targets including call answer rate, case resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications needed:
– Minimum of 2 years in a technical product support role; experience in SaaS, mobile computing, and telematics preferred.
– Highly organized with a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
– Excellent communication skills and experience in customer advocacy.
– Proficiency in data analytics and technical fluency.
– Experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5 products is a plus.
– Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
