Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development plans and budgets in Luxembourg for the relevant service lines.
- Plan regular meetings with each team.
- Develop effective targeting strategies and target lists.
- Coordinate travel to Luxembourg and other client development activities in collaboration with the client development teams in London, New York, and Hong Kong.
- Build your own network of BD peers within target clients and intermediaries.
- Actively identify and establish relationships with key industry associations, members, and networks to enhance the profile and development of key legal relationships for each service line
- Submissions to Chambers, Legal 500, and ILFR directories, including reviewing and following up on results.
- Client presentations with partners
Qualifications needed
- You hold a relevant degree and/or qualification and have previous experience in a business development-focused role.
- Experience in developing and implementing BD initiatives in the professional services sector.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and French (both spoken and written).
