Job Description/Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department, ensuring efficient sales operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Communicate with customers in English to address inquiries and provide information

– Prepare sales-related documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Outlook

– Input and track sales orders accurately in software systems

– Prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills

– Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping as part of administrative support

– Respond promptly to customer queries and provide professional customer service

– Use Sage software for processing sales orders (familiarity is desirable but not essential)

– Demonstrate strong computer literacy to navigate various systems efficiently

 

Qualifications needed:

– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment

– Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

– Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

– Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a professional attitude

– Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous but not essential

 

Experience:

– At least one year of experience in administration (preferred)
