Job Description/Overview:
As a Store Supervisor, you will manage the team’s performance, ensure sales targets are met, deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain store standards, and handle stock management according to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and represent the brand, ensuring alignment with its values and philosophy
– Implement and follow retail policies and procedures
– Enhance guest experience and build customer loyalty
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
– Participate in projects and community events
– Stay informed on trends and competitors, providing feedback to the store manager
– Manage and support the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
– Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and stock replenishments
– Handle customer complaints and manage VIP guest relationships
– Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational guidelines
Qualifications needed:
– Prior experience in Fashion RTW brands
– Experience in managing or leading a store and team
– Positive and proactive attitude
– Strong communication skills; Arabic or Russian is a plus
