Job Description/Overview:
MightyScout is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Remote Sales and Customer Success Specialist. You will handle demo calls, onboard new clients, and provide support through chat and email. Your goal is to guide clients, resolve issues, and assist with the effective use of MightyScout’s platform.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate and helpful information
– De-escalate situations and resolve customer issues with patience and assistance
– Assist clients in understanding and utilizing MightyScout’s features
– Identify customer needs, research issues, and offer solutions or alternatives
– Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications needed:
– Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
– At least 2 years of experience in customer support or sales
– Familiarity with customer service software (Intercom, Crisp, Zendesk) preferred
– Experience with Docs, Excel, Slack, and Notion
– Excellent communication and active listening skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years in customer support or sales roles
Skills:
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
