Job Description:
The Intern will support the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team with transaction and KYC documentation, business and compliance reporting, and various administrative tasks. The role provides exposure to front office operations and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in preparing transaction and KYC documentation for debt issuance
– Support business and compliance reporting
– Handle administrative tasks as required by the department
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
– Internship experience in banking KYC, compliance, or front office admin roles preferred
– Basic knowledge of financial analysis and investment banking products
– Fluent in English and Chinese; French and/or German is a plus
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
