Job Description:
Rockids is seeking an Assistant to support its finance department. The role involves assisting with daily financial operations, managing invoicing, client follow-ups, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with daily financial operations
– Process invoices and follow up on client requests
– Monitor bank accounts and record payments
– Collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial data
– Support external service providers (banks, auditors, accounting firms)
– Update databases and client files
– Perform general secretarial duties (phone calls, mail preparation)
Qualifications:
– Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (minimum Bac+2)
– Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
