– Lead Hosts: $30 per hour for event facilitation, $20 per hour for training, co-hosting, and admin support
– Co-Hosts: $20 per hour + gratuity

– October 30th-31st and November 1st: 1-5pm ET
– December 5-6th, 10-13th, 17-20th: 11am-9pm ET, Monday-Friday

Job Description/Overview:
teambuilding.com is seeking Virtual Event Facilitators to help with increased event bookings during the holiday season. The role involves hosting or co-hosting engaging virtual team-building events, primarily using Zoom, with additional use of Meet, Teams, and Webex.
Key Responsibilities:
– Facilitate and co-host virtual team-building events.
– Set up virtual rooms, manage event logistics, and provide administrative support.
– Engage with participants to create a lively and interactive experience.
– Follow event scripts and adapt to real-time feedback.
Qualifications needed:
– Must be extremely reliable.
– Strong communication skills in English.
– Comfortable with technology and managing virtual event platforms.
– Availability for specified dates and times.
– Access to a personal computer (no Chromebooks) and reliable internet.
Experience:
– Experience in hosting or co-hosting virtual events is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to engage participants and manage virtual event logistics.
– Technical proficiency with virtual meeting platforms.
