Job Description/Overview:
As a Screenwriter at HoYoverse, you will be involved in the script-writing process for global original content. Your role includes setting creative direction, pitching new ideas, conducting research for authenticity, and working efficiently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with producers, directors, and lead screenwriters on creative direction
– Pitch new content ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions
– Conduct research to ensure content accuracy
– Meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
Qualifications needed:
– 3+ years of professional experience as a screenwriter
– Familiarity with HoYoverse’s IPs, especially a high Adventure Rank in Genshin Impact
– Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
– Deep knowledge of global entertainment and audience preferences
– Business proficiency in English preferred
– Exceptional short-form writing and editing skills
– Outstanding communication skills
– Independent, self-motivated, and curious with a comfort for candid feedback
