Job Description/Overview:
Business Integra Inc. is looking for a BPO Customer Service Representative to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate sales leads, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer support with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls and manage a large number of incoming calls.
– Generate sales leads and identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
– Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
– Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications needed:
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
– Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience:
– 3 years of experience in BPO.
– 3 years of experience in customer service.
– 3 years of experience with inbound and outbound calls.
