Job Description/Overview:
Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. is looking for a Senior Content Marketing and Brand Manager to shape content and brand strategies. This role involves developing thought leadership content, brand campaigns, and digital strategies. The position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in content development and brand management in an international B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement marketing plans supporting business strategy.
– Design and execute thought leadership content and brand campaigns.
– Establish and govern global brand standards, including tone of voice and design guidelines.
– Drive content marketing and thought leadership strategy.
– Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency with brand voice and style.
– Monitor and analyze content performance and ROI.
– Stay current with marketing trends and technologies.
– Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
Qualifications Needed:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or Business.
– Experience: 10+ years in content development, brand development, and marketing communications in an international B2B environment. Experience in environmental or consultancy industries is preferred.
– Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills; experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing; ability to manage budgets and marketing communications suppliers; familiarity with CRM systems and content management.
