Job Description/Overview:
Finding Focus, an extension of MoralityMed Inc., seeks a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide virtual care for ADHD assessments and treatment. The role involves delivering patient care through a remote interface, coordinating lab tests, and enhancing the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver patient care via virtual care interface
– Coordinate and analyze lab tests
– Perform EMR patient charting
– Innovate to improve patient experience
Qualifications needed:
– Degree in Nursing from a recognized program
– Active status and good standing as an RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
– 3+ years of recent acute internal medicine experience (within the last 2 years); mental health experience is an asset
Experience:
– Recent acute general internal medicine experience (3 years required)
– Experience with diverse and underserved populations is a plus
Skills:
– Outstanding communication and compassionate care
– Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
– Respectful and unbiased communication
