Job Details:
Responsibilities:
– Manage and develop Snyk’s global events and conferences calendar
– Collaborate with marketing, DevRel, sales, and business development teams
– Oversee planning, execution, and post-event analysis for both virtual and in-person events
– Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective event goal achievement
– Plan and budget for events, track ROI, and set lead and pipeline generation goals
– Communicate successes aligned with company outcomes
– Utilize data for decision-making and establish reporting mechanisms
Skills and Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in B2B event management, including virtual and in-person events
– Strong attention to detail and user experience focus
– Experience with inside sales teams and understanding of their support needs
– Data-driven with experience analyzing campaign results
– Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
– Ability to multitask and cater to various stakeholders
– Effective communication of complex challenges
Preferred Experience:
– Experience at a global cybersecurity company
– Experience driving large-scale corporate branded events
– Hands-on, curious, and a willingness to learn new things
