Job Description/Overview:
Tealium is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiency and scalability in marketing processes. You will manage marketing systems, ensure best practices, and provide data-driven insights to enhance marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the development of tools, processes, and frameworks to improve marketing efficiency.
– Manage technical aspects of marketing systems, including Marketo and Salesforce.com.
– Build and update email nurtures and lifecycle projects.
– Create dashboards, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and guide CRM enhancements.
– Evaluate new technologies to optimize marketing performance.
– Monitor and improve data quality in the marketing database.
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.
– Expertise in Marketo and Salesforce.com; Bizible experience a plus.
– Hands-on experience with Excel and managing technical marketing stacks.
– Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Experience:
– Proven experience with marketing systems and data analysis.
