Job Description/Overview:
Owner is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to enhance marketing processes through automation and operational excellence, driving efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement and manage marketing automation platforms.
– Improve and iterate the HubSpot platform and provide detailed reporting and insights.
– Develop scalable processes for campaign and lead management in HubSpot and Salesforce.
– Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
– Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies with business goals.
Qualifications needed:
– 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
– Expertise in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience:
– Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ad Platform, and Pixel Management is a plus.
– Web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are nice-to-have.
