Job Description/Overview:
The Marketing Media Specialist is responsible for promoting JANUS values, products, and culture both externally and internally. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing social media presence, creating content, coordinating advertising projects, and supporting business development and recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Establish and maintain JANUS brand awareness.
– Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
– Manage social media content and schedules.
– Create and design marketing materials.
– Coordinate and execute communication and advertising projects.
– Update the website and manage content with a development company.
– Support business development with promotional materials.
– Assist with recruiting efforts and job fairs.
– Communicate with industry organizations and manage memberships.
Qualifications needed:
– Excellent written communication skills.
– Experience in marketing media design, including graphic design and layout.
– Experience with LinkedIn content management preferred.
– Defense industry experience preferred.
