TRAINING ADVISOR (M/F/X)
Service Banking & Finance
Full-time and permanent contract

You will join a cohesive and dynamic team of training advisors, whose main mission is to build, coordinate, and promote a continuous professional training offer tailored to the current and future needs of the Luxembourg market
The Banking & Finance service covers several training areas, including Banks, Insurance, and Investment Funds.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Development and Consulting:
- Identify, understand, and analyze the needs and requests of clients, partners, and beneficiaries;
- Develop the client portfolio of the Banking & Finance domains in line with the commercial strategy of the House of Training and your service;
- Develop relationships with clients and partners (budgets, contracts, cooperations, etc.), including participating in networking initiatives and field visits.
Development of Training Programs
- Actively contribute to the development of training programs in line with the needs of the financial sector, their companies, and key sector partners;
- Significantly contribute to the development of blended learning;
- Ensure the quality of educational engineering by studying, designing, implementing, evaluating, and adapting training to meet the needs of clients, partners, and beneficiaries;
- Organize the promotion of training in close collaboration with the Marketing & Communication department;
- Identify, manage, develop, and retain a pool of quality trainers/experts and a network of solid partners.
Operational Management
- Ensure the administrative and operational management of training, including planning, coordination, supervision, reporting, and validating the quality of course materials;
- Be responsible for the smooth running of training, while creating a relationship of trust with participants;
- Analyze participant satisfaction and make necessary adjustments;
- Regularly monitor the quality of training and trainers and propose necessary adjustments.
Qualifications needed
- You hold a Master’s degree;
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector;
- You work in the training sector for the financial sector or wish to reorient yourself in the field of Continuous Professional Training;
- You are knowledgeable about digitalization topics;
- You are client-oriented and capable of developing lasting relationships with the actors involved in training

- You have excellent organizational and communication skills;
- You have excellent written and oral expression skills in French and English;
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is a real asset.
