Job Description/Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Off Plan team, providing training and support, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves working closely with top developers in Dubai and managing a team to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide training and support to consultants with effective communication.
– Conduct regular meetings and deliver on sales targets.
– Monitor and report on sales performance.
– Collaborate with top developers in Dubai.
