Job Description/Overview:
Ready Training Online (RTO) provides an online training solution for the service and retail industries. We offer unique learning opportunities and a collaborative work environment. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing efforts, focusing on SEO, website traffic generation, copywriting, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute SEO strategies to manage organic search campaigns and improve search rankings.
– Manage PPC campaigns and paid media/social advertising.
– Optimize marketing funnels and improve landing page conversion rates.
– Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance.
– Design and oversee all email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and client communications.
– Coordinate and schedule social media posts.
– Assist with creating engaging content for social media, blogs, promotions, and the website.
– Stay current on target audiences, competitors, and market trends.
– Manage HubSpot and Salesforce accounts.
– Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
– Work with department staff to identify trends, content gaps, and assess content performance.
– Develop and manage an editorial calendar.
– Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop content assets supporting client retention and sales.
– Implement SEO strategies to support site goals.
– Edit and proofread content, providing feedback for improvement.
– Promote consistent brand identity across platforms.
– Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase engagement.
Preferred Skills:
– 2+ years experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, paid media campaigns, website traffic generation, copywriting, and email marketing.
– Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to engage audiences.
– Advanced knowledge of keyword research and writing for SEO.
– Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail.
– Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
– Advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
– Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
– Strong copywriting skills for various digital channels.
– Ability to measure content effectiveness and optimize based on findings.
– Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
– Collaborative team members and independent workers as needed.
– Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress CMS, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Adwords.
– Associate’s or higher degree in advertising, fine art, marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
