Job Description/Overview:
The Content Marketing Manager/Content Strategist will develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives and drive engagement across all digital platforms. This role involves overseeing the creation, distribution, and optimization of high-quality content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
– Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audience needs.
– Conduct content audits to assess the effectiveness of current content and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
Content Creation & Management:
– Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, email, and video.
– Collaborate with writers, designers, and other content creators to produce high-quality content.
– Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand guidelines.
Distribution & Promotion:
– Develop and execute content distribution plans to maximize reach and engagement.
– Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote content.
– Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to amplify content reach.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
– Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
– Provide regular reports on content effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
– Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize content strategies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
– Lead and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance and feedback.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content strategies align with overall marketing goals.
– Coordinate with other departments to integrate content marketing efforts across the organization.
Qualifications Needed:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
– Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
– Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
– Excellent project management and organizational skills.
– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
– Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
– Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
– Content creator: 3 years (Preferred)
