Job Description/Overview:
UAA seeks an innovative and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to support its marketing team in promoting its message across all digital channels. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating email blast campaigns, delegating responsibilities to the marketing team, and staying updated on social media trends.
Objectives of this Role:
– Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
– Establish and implement a digital marketing strategy to distribute content effectively.
– Manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain UAA’s digital presence.
– Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
– Analyze and measure trends and content performance to optimize user experience.
– Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
Responsibilities:
– Create and manage content for UAA’s social media, emails, and other digital communications.
– Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends, and apply findings to digital marketing campaigns.
– Prepare reports and analytics on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new growth strategies and marketing techniques.
– Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
– Stay updated on the latest social media trends and implement them in UAA’s marketing campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficiency with various social media platforms and best practices.
– Creativity, imagination, and innovation.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.
– Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
– Strong project management and managerial skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
– Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
– Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
– Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
– Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
– Analytical mind with a passion for measuring data.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
