Job Description/Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join the production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC laser, press brake, guillotines and/or turret punch machines. However, we welcome application from candidates with any CNC related experience. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC laser, press brake, guillotine, and turret punch machines according to job specifications.
- Load and unload materials onto machines, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications needed
- Previous experience operating CNC Machines for sheet metal eg. laser, press brake, and turret punch machines preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
