This Italian-style, meat-focused restaurant has been delighting guests for a few months. We pride ourselves on sourcing quality produce from Australia’s leading local producers and embrace a paddock-to-table philosophy at our core.
Job Description/Overview:
- Work closely with the head chef and sous chef to ensure Quality and consistency.
- Restaurant open 7 days per week, lunch and dinner
- Role is 5 days per week
- Annual salary of $72,500 plus super
- Opportunity to grow with in the company and move up in the restaurant and group
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual & reliable
- Hold valid working rights in Australia
- Love food with a passion to learn more
