Job Description/Overview:
We are hiring a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor for Plastics Surgery clinics across the Metro.
This position is based at the Plaza but will travel between metro clinics.
Mileage reimbursement available.
This is a full-time Monday through Friday day shift position.
- Position manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned clinical departments.
- Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, QA regulatory compliance, OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. ,
- Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline and staff evaluations.
- Assist clinical staff as needed.
- Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
Qualifications needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing strongly preferred.
- Prior supervisor/manager experience preferred.
Experience:
2 years of Experience required
American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse – Various
Associate Degree – Nursing
