Job Description/Overview:
We are a growing, loving family seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper/Nanny to join us in a long-term career capacity. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about childcare and household management and can grow with us over the years.
Key Responsibilities:
– Household Management (12pm-5pm):
– Oversee household necessities: ordering groceries, restocking essentials and managing inventory.
– Perform thorough cleaning tasks: laundry, bed-making, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and maintaining a tidy living space.
– Cook nutritious and delicious meals for the family.
– Childcare:
– Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive twice a week to pick up the children from school.
– Assist with children’s homework and school projects.
– Help prepare and feed the children dinner.
– Manage evening routines (5 PM to 9PM): dinner, bath, and bedtime.
– Foster a nurturing, educational, and supportive environment for our children.
Qualifications needed
– Language Skills:
– Fluency in Spanish or French is essential to support our children’s language development.
– Experience:
– Proven experience as a housekeeper and nanny with strong references.
– Preferably has an educational background in childcare or early childhood education.
– Personal Attributes:
– Seeking someone committed to a long-term role with our family.
– Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of managing household responsibilities independently.
Experience:
Nannying: 5 years (Preferred)
Skills:
- License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
