Job Description/Overview:
Trifecta Retail Ventures is seeking a Customer Happiness Advocate to join their team for DealDash, a leader in pay-to-participate auctions. The role involves providing top-notch customer support through email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for users.
Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring high-quality service.
– Issue Resolution: Engage in conversations to identify and resolve issues, helping customers succeed and enjoy the auctions.
– Documentation: Complete follow-up documentation after each customer interaction.
– Support Quality: Deliver excellent customer service and provide needs-based solutions.
– Flexibility: Be available for shifts that include evenings and weekends as part of the 24/7 support team.
– Development: Continuously improve by reviewing past interactions and seeking opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
– Work permit from Finland, Spain, or the UK.
– Advanced computer skills and comfort with G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
– Fluent in professional English with excellent communication skills.
– Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Creative problem-solving skills and high ethical standards.
