Key Responsibilities
- You draft and manage connection contracts, usage contracts, as well as energy purchase contracts and electricity sharing agreements.
- You verify the accuracy of received information and assist the client throughout the process until their request is fulfilled.
- You provide information to clients in case of questions/complaints regarding contracts and related invoices, ensuring that the client receives the necessary information
- You are responsible for managing bank guarantees and monitoring the exceedances of subscribed capacities.
Qualifications needed
- Holder of a BAC diploma or equivalent
- Rigorous and precise with an analytical mindset
- Discreet and confidential
- Team spirit and collaboration are among your strengths
- Proficient in spoken and written Luxembourgish, French, and German
