Key Responsibilities
- Advise local and international clients on corporate structuring, restructuring, general corporate matters and transactional matters
- Draft, negotiate and review agreements and transactional documents
- Be fully involved in our matters in close collaboration with the team
- Conduct legal research, coordinate due diligence processes, negotiate, draft and update corporate documentation
- Take part in internal and external presentations and be involved in legal publications
- Participate in client meetings and build strong relationships with them
Qualifications needed
- Previous experience of 3 years in a Luxembourg law firm in a similar position
- You hold a Master in Law or Corporate Law
- Excellent command of French, English and German, any other language will be a plus
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- You are described as a proactive person who likes to take initiative
